PEAF Grant Application

Thank you for the incredible work you do each day. Your dedication inspires us, and we’re excited to partner with you in finding new and creative ways to enrich your classrooms and support your students.

We invite you to apply for a PEAF Teacher Grant to help bring your innovative teaching ideas to life. Knowing how busy you are, we’ve kept the application process as simple and flexible as possible. Using a secure, third-party tool called JotForm, you can easily begin your application, save your progress, and return later to finish and submit. Just scroll to the bottom of the form and click “SAVE.” You’ll be asked to either create a JotForm account or continue as a guest—either option works. A draft link will be emailed to you, so you can pick up right where you left off.

Once you’ve submitted your application, we’ll confirm receipt and send a copy directly to the email address you provide. If for any reason you don’t hear from us, please don’t hesitate to reach out to double-check.
